Technical support is available at two levels, free MicroCAD phone and email support for all customers who have purchased from us within the past one year (90 days for LT) and web support for members of the Autodesk Subscription Program
The support offered by the Autodesk Subscription Program gives you access to the largest team of technical support staff as well as a worldwide database of known errors. Autodesk support is available through a web page setup exclusively for your company by Autodesk.
When you purchase subscription, Autodesk will send you an email invitation to the subscription site with your own login and password. If you have lost your email invitation, you can request one from Autodesk at 800-538-6401. Additionally, If you would like personal phone or web support from MicroCAD, and did not obtain your software from us, you can purchase a support contract with MicroCAD, please call us at (617)923-0500 about contract options.
