AEC APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST
 
If you are an Architect, Architectural drafter, MEP Engineer or Drafter with Revit experience and would enjoy working on a more technical role, we have a position for you! Working as part of our Autodesk technical consulting and training team, this position allows you to do strategic work with our industry-leading clients and gain valuable experience as you manage the latest implementations of design and construction technology on a variety of projects. The candidate will provide Consulting, Training, Technical Support and Implementation Services using these and other products. In-depth industry and software knowledge is a must.
 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the success of the MicroCAD sales team by providing technical presentations and recommending solutions to AEC firms.
• Perform assessments to investigate, uncover and understand a customer's business needs
• Be able to demonstrate, and integrate Autodesk technologies to solve design workflow problems
• Develop technical proposals in the areas of BIM and CAD for clients in the AEC industry
• Deliver effective, professional online and in person product demonstrations to customers
• Provide Technical Support to help customers through technical issues
• Deliver training at one of our Autodesk Training Centers (ATC) or at a customer’s site
 
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Engineering or related industry preferred but not required
• Must have demonstrated and current direct experience with the process, workflow and use of Revit and AutoCAD from conceptual design through construction
• Understands the workflow between various members of the design team.
• Excellent oral, written communication skills
• Superior presentation skills, time management and planning skills.
• Strong teamwork / relationship management skills
• A vehicle is required.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
 
This position will be responsible for account management within the New England regions.The Account Executive will win new business and develop existing accounts. This role involves uncovering opportunities to sell BIM and CAD Manufacturing software, Training, Support and Services. The goal is to achieve maximum profitability and growth in-line with the overall company goals. The Account Executive establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients. Required for this position is a Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of Business to Business Sales. The applicant should have: Tech Savvy, Proven Leadership and Effective Communication Skills as well as Presentation and Public Speaking abilities.

APPLICATION SPECIALIST FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING SURVEY AND MAPPING SOLUTIONS
 
We have an opening for a Civil Applications Specialist in our Watertown office. This position is for a Civil, Survey or Mapping Professional who is passionate about software and technology and wants to lead others in the Industry in implementing the newest solutions. Our Civil Applications Specialist will help other engineers in the industry with their Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Land Desktop and Survey solutions. The Application Specialist assists the sales team by conducting product demonstrations of the latest solutions in onsite presentations tailored to the specific client’s needs, helps with the installation and implementation of the new solutions and then provides training and support to the clients. Other functions include assisting with drawing conversions, workflow support and other complementary project work. TELE-SALES LEAD GENERATOR - INSIDE SALES TEAM
 
We have an immediate opening in our Watertown, MA office for a talented Telemarketer/Lead Generator to join our growing Sales Team. The Lead Generator is responsible for assisting the Marketing and Sales teams uncover leads for the sale of Autodesk Software, Training and Services in the New England Area. This includes making outbound phone calls to prospective customers and marketing leads, hunting for new software sales and training opportunities, assisting in writing quotes, following up on leads generated and providing customer service. Other responsibilities will include: updating and maintaining contact database records with complete accuracy; registering prospects for events, training and webcasts; internet searches; and email communications. Candidate must have previous experience in tele-sales and excellent communication skills.
