MicroCAD Training Policy:
Payment is due ten (10) business days prior to the start date of training. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. MicroCAD Training & Consulting accepts payment in the form of a check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to MicroCAD Training & Consulting. Certain companies with prior approval may submit a purchase order. All purchase orders for training must include our Cancellation Policy.
Schedule changes or cancellations are accepted up to ten (10) business days before the start date of the class. Cancellations must be received by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Cancellations received within ten (10) days of the start date of the class will not be refunded. Rescheduling within that time may incur a reschedule fee and/or additional charges should the price of the class change prior to the reschedule date. Substitutions are allowed with 24 hours notice before the start of class, provided the substitute attendee meets the class prerequisites. In the event a class does not reach its minimum enrollment, the class may be rescheduled or cancelled. MicroCAD will make every effort to notify students of any cancellations no later than five (5) business days prior to the start of class. Students who have paid in full for a class that has been cancelled by MicroCAD may register for the next available class, substitute a personal consulting session, or receive a full refund. If inclement weather forces the cancellation of a class, a MicroCAD representative will contact you as early as possible. Please be sure to provide a phone number where you will be reachable during non-business hours. Our Training Centers will most likely follow the cancellation decisions of the local public schools.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction, or you may repeat all or part of the class free of charge. Some restrictions apply. Class must be retaken within a one year period. Subject to availability.
Class Schedules & Pricing
Not all classes are offered at all locations. Some classes are scheduled by request only. These classes will be scheduled in our training center once we have enough students to reach the minimum enrollment. Otherwise, these classes may be scheduled as onsite or custom training. Prices are subject to change at any time. If prepayment for training is made, the price listed on the invoice will be honored for 90 days. If training is scheduled after 90 days of the invoice date, you may be subject to additional charges to cover the price difference at that time.
