We offer basic support for customers who have an active software subscription purchased from MicroCAD. This includes quick error troubleshooting and help with licensing and activation. How to (training questions), and remote installs are considered Advanced Support and are offered via paid contracts. Please fill out the support request form and it will be answered through our ticket system with an email or call back based on your priority and support needs.

Users with active Autodesk contracts can also get assistance through the Autodesk Account. To access your account, you need to be setup by your CAD administrator as a user, or login as him/her. Your account login is your email address.

Users who are no longer on subscription or maintenance needing support may purchase an Advanced Support Contract from MicroCAD or search the Autodesk Web-based Knowledge Network.
